In this line of work, it's extremely important to always keep your friends close and your enemies closer. After all, it's the only way to really keep track of them, and to know just how much danger they face from a military personal loan.

One of my number one enemies is the evil Dr. Nostrangle. He is an imposing, mustached dictator from a foreign country which he refuses to reveal - we've tried extracting the information, but alas he is forever witty! Although he is really quite a terrible man, he has not let many of his associates in on this secret. It was only through extremely careful surveillance that I learned the truth. He spends his days working as a lender of military payday loans, but is secretly planning on using these loans to slowly bankrupt the armed forces, allowing for his eventual takeover.

How, you ask, could the providing of a military payday loan lead to his takeover of the world? Well, think about it. A military payday loan might seem like a good thing at first, but it is really a very shady business allowing well meaning but naive young soldiers to get instant cash in their hands. This, unfortunately, tends to lead to delayed repayment on the military loan, causing grater fees and even greater debt. Very often, the soldiers will have to take out a new military payday loan right after they have paid back the first one in order to make ends meet. Thus a vicious cycle develops, leaving the military man in a constant state of debt. If the debt gets too great, they will be forced into homelessness, and thus our forces will keep on decreasing and decreasing. What then? The world would be his for the taking!

We must stop him!

Will you help me educate the soldiers of the world so that they do not innocently succumb to Nostrangle's wicked ways? I certainly hope so, because this agent is going to need you in on this mission.
